Kathy Jerman

Project manager

Kathy is an accomplished project management leader with 15+ years' mobile and web technology experience in the Fortune 500. She has a history of success as a trusted Executive partner, implementing/adapting best practices and standards to achieve strategic alignment at both the program and project levels in order to enable year-over-year growth and sustainability. Her portfolio specialties include: PMO development/training, new application development, system integration, network, infrastructure (cloud & traditional models), data warehousing, disaster recovery, data migration, client delivery, release management and merger/acquisitions. Passionate about the project management discipline, she brings commitment, tenacity and perseverance to the most difficult programs and projects. She has been recognized for excellence in execution and for building cohesive, high-performing teams.

Having held many roles in the PMO, Operations, Implementation, Sales, Finance, Quality Assurance Testing, Production Support, Business Analysis and Client Relations, allows Kathy to understand the critical departmental interdependencies which enables smooth operations and project success.

Kathy created and implemented the project management training curriculum for CareerSource and Startup Quest TampaBay and continues to mentor and coach Startup organizations. Kathy holds Masters Certificates in LEAN Six Sigma/Black Belt from Villanova University, Project Management from George Washington University and is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
