Rudy Ganna

Operations manager

Rudy Ganna is a visionary entrepreneur who, since his first startup at age 17 has founded more than 100 companies across 40 countries. He defines himself as a rebel with a cause. He is currently the CEO of PYHEX | Work, a business platform that promises to inspire entrepreneurs and startups in LATAM. The PYHEX | Work entrepreneur program pushes to focus on innovative ideas for rapid growth, impacting the future of entrepreneurship in the Dominican Republic and soon in LATAM.

With the backing of multiple corporate groups and more than 40 years in the world market, Rudy has impacted more than 500 brands worldwide with innovative solutions.

In 2005 he opened operations in the Dominican Republic and since impacted several of the most renowned brands and government branches in the Caribbean island. In 2010 he ventured into the Call Center industry and created two multinationals: Laurus International and Working Bees. These two companies, very rapidly, were internationally recognized for excellence in employee retention and productivity, thus becoming one of the most successful BPO in Dominican Republic. The successful venture culminated, in 2015, with a Merger with a large US BPO Group, ERC, making this event the 5th exit of his career.

Short after, in 2016, Rudy Ganna founded PYHEX | Work, a "Coworking" venture with a very fresh vision of this disruptive industry. Operations started in 2018 with a 65,000sqft first venue that will be followed by 5 more locations in 2020 and 2021. Rudy Ganna is already focused to expand operations across Latin America and the Caribbean in 2021.

Rudy has a solid international business understanding and true experience of various markets in five of the seven continents; he is fluent in 5 languages.
