Thomas Falz

Vice President

Thomas Falz was a Co-founder and President of SB Energy Holdings LLC, an Orlando-based Solar Company that specializes in developing, constructing and operating utility scale solar plants in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. SB Energy’s success is based on entering developing Solar Markets at a very early stage. SB Energy developed projects in Argentina, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay and the United States of America.

Prior to SB Energy, Mr. Falz served as the President for American Vulkan Corporation for 13 years, where he was in charge of the North, Central American and Caribbean operations for VULKAN Couplings and VULKAN Drive Tech and VULKAN Lokring. Established in 1971, American VULKAN Corporation´s 70,000 sq. ft. ISO certified manufacturing, sales and service facility serving the marine, industrial, refrigerating, air-conditioning and wind turbine markets with a wide selection of products; including Highly Flexible Couplings, Resilient Mounts, Composite Shafts, Brakes and Monitoring/ Diagnostic Systems and Tube Connections.

He began his career as an Investment Banker at the COMMERZBANK in Germany before joining VULKAN Kupplungs- und Gertiebebau GmbH&CoKG in Germany as their Worldwide Marketing Manager.

Prior to Thomas’ distinguished career, he obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from the Technical University Dortmund, Germany and his MBA in Financing and Marketing from the University of Siegen, Germany. Mr. Falz has also taken specialization courses in Management and Operations at St. Gallen Management School, Switzerland.
