Zack McNamara

Business development

Zack joined Liberty Universal Management in 2013 and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Zack started in the property management division of Liberty Universal where he furthered his knowledge of the Orlando retail market and utilized his extensive problem solving and communication skills. He immediately transitioned into the brokerage division and has provided leasing services for various retail projects across Central Florida, including three Pacific West Land properties (large national buyer & holding company), Subway of Central Florida, BJ’s Wholesale Club centers, Osceola Crossings, LA Fitness center, Park Place at Heathrow, and many others.

In addition to landlord representation he also partakes in tenant representation, assisting in site selection for several locations for retailers such as Chicken Salad Chick, Hibbett Sports, Cricket Wireless (division of AT&T) and more. Zack received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Marketing from Auburn University, and has recently achieved his CCIM designation.
